Technical Stuff - Terms & Conditions

Some of the items are collection only due to their fragility or size/weight. My premises are a mile or so away from where we live in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire,  please get in touch and I can arrange to meet you there. 

I do have a PayPal (Zettle) Card Machine for payments.  Each item is photographed separately so please don't try ordering more than one of them, as unless stated, there is only the one in the picture.

Some of the items shown on this website (except the Crystals and Artwork etc.) are second-hand i.e. the books and collectables - Waldron & Plotkin. I have hundreds of these items and they will never be new again, so please remember that when looking, they will all have flaws of some sort.  I have described them to the best of my ability so please take a good look at the pictures as they form part of the description. If you have any questions at all or would like to see more photos then please don't hesitate to get in touch before making an appointment to come and see them.

Each Crystal Riddle Artwork is an original (unless otherwise stated). **If not already framed it is taking about a day for me to do them -  I will, of course, let you know as soon as they are ready for collection**

Payment Options 

Payments on this website go through PayPal. When goods are purchased at a fair or at my premises then I accept cash or use a PayPal (Zettle) card machine for all Credit / Debit card transactions.  I accept card payments through PayPal (Zettle) only, as I have found this is the safest for both you and me. I am not given and do not hold any financial information you may give them or indeed any of the payment options on this website. 

Cash. Card and BACS payments at fairs or my unit will generate an invoice/receipt.

Postage & Delivery 

If you are not too far away why not do something amazing and come and collect your purchases from a real live person over a cup of tea or coffee.

UK Customers only - Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature - They aim for Next  Day Delivery (if ordered before 2pm - not including Sundays or Bank Holidays) - Fixed £7.00 per transaction - not item. I will give them your email address so they will let you know when to expect your purchase or to arrange re-delivery.  I try and recycle any packaging I have available. 

Overseas Customers - Please get in touch for delivery prices. Any items sent will be by Airmail and signed for. Unfortunately I will not send really fragile items.

Damaged Goods

All items collected will be thoroughly inspected by yourself prior to your taking them, which will constitute, especially in the case of 'pre-loved' items (vintage and books, etc.), your accepting their condition.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law (if bought via the internet) you have the right to cancel your order starting immediately and ending fourteen days from the day the goods were received. If you do decide to cancel you should notify me immediately of your intention by email. The goods must be returned to me unused and in their original condition, carefully packaged and returned at your own expense. I will make a full refund for the goods to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Measurements

All measurements given on this website are approximate although I do try to describe my products as accurately as I can. If you want to to see more photos of them before you visit then please ask.

Disputes, Law, Jurisdiction and Language

All items made and designed by Crystals by Enchantment - 2Dvine - The Crystal's Song - Crystal Riddle Artwork, The Crystals by Enchantment Collection, The Pillow Box Crystal Co., and Rebecca Waldron-Smith are all Copyrighted, based in England and are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law whereupon the English courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.

Any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website (ie your purchase and our delivery) are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.
