A First Edition of this amazing book. The Zoology of the Bible by Harland Coultas.
This is a first edition given to a Mary C Osborne on Valentines' Day in 1877 by an unknown admirer.It is signed again by someone in 1917 but I cannot make out the name.
For those who know the book then whatever I say about it they will already know. So all I will say is it is beautifully illustrated and has references to every animal in the Bible. It is printed by Wesleyan who have been printing Bibles for hundreds of years. I can find no tears, but the pages are changing colour and smells musty which I would imagine is purely because of its age - nearly 150 years old.

Born from the vision of two people, two worlds, two cultures in the 1950s, so I am taking their vision and running with it. I have this website and premises so thought 'why not?'

Nowadays too many items are defined as something they're not, so as we were told if you find something you like or mayhap even love, then buy it. Your choice - it's too late when they’re gone.
